"THEY DON'T CARE!
Traded a Toyota in on a new car. Attempted to put the Drive Safe and Safe on the new car. After multiple tries finally got it to work. In the meantime, State Farm sent me a bill to remove the Drive safe and Save from the Toyota. REPEAT, They CHARGED me to remove the DS&S from the car I no longer had. Then they charged me to remove my husband from the policy because he passed away. Tried calling several times; no one could explain it. Called corporate; they said they would have the agent call me. He didn't. So I went to the office and spoke with Nathan and another agent. Their response? It's a corporate ruling, I can't do anything about it.
I've been a Stare Farm customer for several decades, with multiple policies, great credit and no claims. They don't care.
I'm finding another insurance company."

"Terrible location. Nobody answers the phone, then they will not bother to call you back. Things that take other insurance companies mere minutes takes them literal days. They never send me my updated policies even after multiple times of asking. I asked for a simple change to my renters policy which should be taken care of before hanging up. They did not apply the change, then with my next call back they were not able to connect me to an agent and promised a call back as it was urgent. Never received a call back. I have called State Farm more in the past few weeks than I have called anybody all year. Absolutely ridiculous especially considering I’ve been a customer for nearly a decade. I will be switching insurance! I cannot imagine how much business they lose because they do not answer the phone or return people’s calls."
