"I contacted Ethan's office by email and got a reply very quickly. He was very patient with us and helped us through a number of policy questions and provided incredible insight on levels of insurance and totally understood the implications or situations. He is very knowledgeable on competitor products and that was extremely helpful.. In a reasonable phone call (and followup) we managed to book State Farm insurance for two golf carts, one auto and a homeowners policy! He is a valuable employee for your brokerage firm and you should make sure you hang onto him!"

"Had a question/concern for quite awhile about something on my homeowners policy and had spoken to two employees on separate occasions who gave me answers but still it ‘didn't feel right’, TBH. Went in yesterday for another attempt at clarification and was so fortunate to get to speak to Erica. She immediately understood & acknowledged my concern.
